How do I set up some programs to work on ultra-high resolution monitors?

Good day.
I recently purchased an Asus ux310uq laptop, the main feature of which is ultra-high resolution. Everything would be fine, but the programs in which I mainly work are displayed disgustingly on it - for example, adobe photoshop and ArcMap have an absolutely unreadable interface, a very small font and all active elements. Changing the settings of these programs does not solve the problem. Changing the resolution and scale in general is also not an option - then all other programs will "float", and the way windows is displayed. So far, the only way I've found is to use Windows10DPIFIx, which changes the resolution. but doing this every time you work with programs and launching it when you switch, for example, to a browser or explorer, is absolutely irrational.
Tell me, I beg you. Forces no longer work
