How to install Adobe photoshop CC 2018 extensions?

Yesterday I subscribed to adobe photoshop CC 2018, I wanted to immediately install several important extensions that I need for work. These extensions are not in the standard add-on catalog, I downloaded them separately. I tried to put them in the Plug-ins and Plug-ins / panel folder, but Photoshop does not see them.
Where should plugins be installed in the new version?

Do as in this video. Only in Photoshop panel.reg in the line change the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\CSXS.7]number 7 to 8 , which indicates the version of your Photoshop.

I join the question. There is already such a line in the registry, but the extensions panel in the program is not even active, you cannot even view those panels that are installed by default.
