Why is the font blurry in contact?

Recently I noticed this especially sometimes when I go to personal messages in a contact, the text of the message is blurred, I start scrolling back and forth, the text is literally smeared across the screen, I press cmd + r (reload the page) and everything becomes fine. This doesn’t happen often, I’ve only noticed it a couple of times, but now I’m worried about my video card, on the other hand, if there were problems in it, then probably after reloading the page everything would remain the same and not only the text would blur?
PS. I use Macbook pro retina 15

Apparently, you have a poppy. Are you using your own monitor?

Mac constantly lathers the text, you get used to it :)
