There are antiviruses, another question is what exactly in the case of torrents, they will still swear at key generators. What are you going to do here? I have, for example, Sophos free, every time it warns about key generators. But, in my opinion, there is nothing to worry about - even if there were malicious programs, they would not be able to cause any objective harm. They will not be able to establish themselves anywhere, register themselves, etc. in the classical sense in which we usually understand Trojans. And finally, the reviews under the distributions are usually quite objective and informative, and quite advanced people are downloading, who will quickly dot the i's, so the very meaning of posting this on such sites is IMHO minimal.
