The CPU gets hot and clogged up. Chrome??

Hello.
I have an MBA 18, 8GB of RAM. I know that chrome is a voracious creature, so I use it only for some working purposes, namely: CRM (10 tabs), LinkedIn and 2 extensions (safari with 15+ tabs, instant messengers and spotify are open in parallel). During this action, the poppy lags wildly (when I use chrome, there are no problems with safari), but I noticed that only the processor is heating up, and the RAM remains normal. As a result, the temperature rises and the cooler accelerates to 4-5k revolutions. Don't like it.
Question: can I somehow cure it to ensure a comfortable work with chrome? Because while working in chrome, it feels like I'm sitting on an old Windows laptop.
Thanks

I have a MAC 2017 on an i7, when Turbo Bust accelerates, it heats up like a kick, although I don’t do anything beyond the natural. I set myself the TurboBust Swicher program and disable TurboBust, turn it on as needed (run the virtual machine or a complex report).
MAC is now much more relaxed.

Yes, it can be cured by buying MBP.
You must understand that it is not the application itself that loads your macbook, but the scripts on the sites (which, in particular, also depends on how the application itself (browser) processes them).
Apple is much better at optimizing its software that knows how to manage its hardware.
If you have a need to split work across browsers, try using a second safari (for developers) , which should reduce the load. This is the same safari, but more fancy, but in general, it will perform its function as a browser for you and you will have 2 safari. Although this is of course superfluous, you can just make 2 separate safari windows and open the tabs you need in each ...
