How to access a shared folder from Windows7 to MacOS 10.9?

It is necessary to create a shared network folder on a poppy and open access for it from a Win machine. I tried to configure according to this instruction, but all that happened was to get access to the shared folder created on Win from the poppy.
From Windows, my poppy does not see at all, but from the poppy, Windows is visible and the shared folder is available. Help me solve the problem, I've already tried everything.
PS: all firewalls and antiviruses are disabled on all machines.
