Kernel Panic Mac OS X 10.8.2?

I have a MacBook Pro 5.5 (2009) and it happens that the poppy axis - throws out Kernel Panic for no reason - and after moving to 10.8.2 - officially bought on the AppStore.
Core panic is systematic and not tied to any particular stimulus. Most often drops out on a flash, and in Chrome. But it also happens during periods of complete inactivity, when the device is taken out of sleep mode.
Either this is a mistake of the new MacOS, or it's time to change the computer.
Tell me - what could be the reason? To sin on the device or on the software?
ps
The RAM was changed to a similar one, but with a larger volume. Memtest passed without critical errors.

bare system causing kernel panic?
I have had several cases of kernel panic and almost all of them are caused by third-party software.
one of the cases, I installed an antivirus for the sake of interest, so he hung the system.

As an option, boot into verbose mode (at the start of the poppy, hold down 'cmd' + 'v' on the keyboard)
And how will the kernelpanic look at what caused it, let's say Logitech G13 firewood sometimes panics, because they have not been updated for more than 2 years…

About memory. It happened to me on linux that memtest86 passed ok, and memtester quickly gave an error (it was in the bios settings that affect memory). Given that you changed it, it is quite likely.
memtester for macos including

If you always have Bluetooth turned on, try turning it off and driving without it.

Of course, probably stupid advice, but just in case, check if you have the paging file enabled

I installed my native RAM, with a frequency of 1066 Mhz - the panic stopped.
