Which code editor for Mac with Win-1251 support should I choose?
Here is my specific problem. I have a Mac and on it I need to open a file in win-1251 encoding for editing (to be completely detailed: in footer.php from 1C Bitrix, you need to insert a liveinternet counter, and there it is win-1251).
All I found on my Mac with support for this case is TexEdit. There, when opening a file, you can select encoding. I choose Ciryllic (Windows) and… fuck. However, like all other tried Cyrillic encodings. All the same krakozyabry instead of Russian.
I downloaded TextMate and MacVin - I haven’t found a solution in them yet. Maybe not poked there?
How to be? Where to run?

TextWrangler (free), SubEthaEdit. In the latter, it is generally convenient to do this.
Try JuffEd: sourceforge.net/projects/juffed/files/Development%20versions/0.9.1137/
Mac build is
not the latest, but if someone can teach me how to properly build and package Qt applications for mac, I can and update.
Sublim, yes.
But if you only need to insert a counter, just open the file in TextEdit, there are also encoding settings there.
I join the advice about Sublime Text 2.
And to be absolutely precise, the Liveinternet counter code does not depend on the encoding in which you insert it.
It seems that Smultron also has 1251. It is very minimalistic and fast, against the background of sublim it looks just like a notepad against the background of notepad ++, but nonetheless.
