On one host costs VMWare. It runs Windows Server 2016.
The arp table and a bunch of IP and MAC for another host are
updated on Win Serv 2016 only if, for example, a ping from the server.
20 minutes ago, the IP address changed on another host, and on the
arp server, the table was updated only after the host pinged from the server
