2 months and you haven't received a response? Write to those support, 2 months is too much. Usually 1-2 weeks.

As it turned out on the forums, this is a problem on the apple side, at first they thought that the problem was only for Russian-speaking users, but as it turned out, English-speaking users also complain about the same problem, they promised to solve it with the next updates.
