How to link an LLC to the AppStore?

We make an application for two in the appstore with a partner. The partner is in Russia, I am in Europe. While the partner was setting up an LLC, we decided that the partner would sign an agreement with the developers on the development of the application, as an individual (partner) with an individual entrepreneur (developer). We recently completed the formation of an LLC. In the near future, the developer is finishing work on our application. The question is how to control that the partner or perhaps it is better to do it yourself in order to link our LLC to the AppStore, i.e. if, nevertheless, a partner will do this, can I later check somewhere that he tied our LLC, and not his individual entrepreneur or LLC?
