Will the App Store skip the app?

I want to put a small application in the App Store (the first for me) - a test "who are you from Sponge Bob" with a direct reference to the original cartoon. The application will have pictures, animation and sounds from the cartoon.
Tell me, will the App Store skip my app if it's free and without ads?
I read that the test "who are you from anime" on Google Play was banned.
