Why don't keyboard shortcuts work in ScreenFlow on MacBook?

They used to work, and then, suddenly, they stopped working.
Commands from the keyboard do not work at all, even the banal cmd + c
When you press the combination, a characteristic sound is emitted.
What is the problem?
