Sublime Text 3 on Mac OS does not remember the last opened files, how to solve the problem?

I'm working on a project, closing the editor. When you start the editor again, an empty window opens, but it is necessary that the previous project in which you last worked was opened.

Understood the problem. The fact is that I’m working on a poppy for the second week, and I didn’t know that when you close the application with a cross, the application window closes, and not the application itself. If you close the application via cmd + q, then the next time you start the application, the last opened files will open.

If the settings have not changed, then you probably do not have permission to write temporary files.

But still, is it possible to implement the saving of previously opened files if sublime was closed through the "cross"?
