How to return vim to a clean version and set it up for web development?

I always wanted to learn how to use vim, but I was too lazy, a couple of days ago I decided to try it, tried to configure and installed something (I don’t remember what exactly) now when I write vim in the terminal it gives errors like this https://prnt.sc/g0mkdd
now I try ok to do and follow this tutorial marcgg.com/blog/2016/03/01/vimrc-example and do everything like there but nothing works, please help :)

Need to remove `~/.vimrc` and `~/.vim`
