Is it possible to highlight multiple languages in Vim in one file?

Usually all IDEs can do this.
But vim is not an ide of course.
But it's hard to understand the code without highlighting.
It highlights either php or sql
Let's say if the file contains php and sql.
Sharing is fine, but not all files are written by us.

No.
Each file is set to a specific 'filetype', and the corresponding syntax markup. There are some file types that allow mixed syntax, like Markdown and a specific programming language, but it's still a separate 'filetype', not language recognition within Markdown.
