Why doesn't the printer (MFP) print from Word and AdobeReader?

Friends bought a new MFP - HP LaserJet pro m125r. Xeritis and scans the device normally. But immediately after installation, the device refuses to print from Word and AdobeReader, more details below:
- The test page prints normally.
- Pictures print normally.
- Word, Excel won't print
- PowerPoint won't print except for some older presentations.
- LibreOffice - the text that did not print in Word does not print, but if you reset the font and set it to default for LibreOffice, it prints (like every other time). New docks with Libre font prints, with standard Arial, Times, etc. - No.
- If documents that do not print in Word are exported to PDF, then they are not printed from AdobeReader, BUT they are printed from FoxitReader.
In those cases when it does not print, the job appears in the print queue and immediately disappears.
I tried it on a friend's laptop (Win7+Office2007, all licenses) with the driver that came on the disk and with the latest driver from the HP website.
I also tested on my laptop (Win10 + Office2010) with the latest driver from the HP website. I thought the trouble was in the laptop of my friends, but on mine everything is exactly the same :(((((
Where to look for the reason? Could there be a marriage of the device (firmware or the like)?

I would first download the drivers from the off site and reinstall them and the MFP. See if it will work or not.
