How to make Astral Report work with UAC enabled?

There is a program "Astral Report" for exchanging data with all sorts of government organizations. Unfortunately, she doesn't want to install with UAC enabled or work later as an ordinary user.
I would like someone to share their experience on the subsequent setup:

1. How to make it work as a regular user after installation under admin
   
2. If not, then how to make it work stably under the admin, but with UAC enabled
   
3. How to make automatic updates work too

Run from cmd with admin rights. Those. run cmd as administrator and run the desired application already in this shell.
