Why doesn't OTRS start after spam requests from fake mailboxes?

Lord, help.
Yesterday I created fake boxes in order to test OTRS 5. The system started spamming them with requests that it was not possible to send letters.
After that, OTRS stopped starting normally and instead reports this in the log:

Message: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1'

Most likely, you have changed something in the MySQL settings and now otrs cannot connect.

Check the free space on the disks, if the fake mailboxes spammed well, they could fill the disk completely.
