How to fix JSON::XS error in OTRS?

Hello!
I haven't paid attention to this problem for quite a long time, but still the time has come..
When creating a mail request from the interface, when trying to enter a mailing address in the "Client" field, errors occur:
1) An error occurred! Do you want to see the complete error message?
2) Error during AJAX communication. Status: parsererror, Error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data Because
of this, it is almost impossible to insert the addressee, you have to insert mail from notepad
, namely XSON-XS, but reinstalling them did not give any results.
Server on CentOS, with MySQL base
OTRS version 3.3.9
Perl version (5.10.1 (linux))
Installed modules: pastebin.com/cMhTWNUV
I would appreciate any help.

@dnbdrive

Problem solved.
details there: otrs.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3160
Crooked hands do not give rest to the head..
Let me explain..
1) First I read the link: forums.otterhub.org/viewtopic.php?t=6237
And I had a hunch that I might have something similar (If there is a blank box next to Group, you are locked out, and must click the (-) to the right of the blank entry to recover access.), BUT it remains to understand - where
2) I looked using chrome, once again, which POST request is sent to index.pl ( s22.postimg.org/xu4x3fmq9/otrserror.png )

Action:AgentCustomerSearch
Term:dfsfdsfdsfdsfdsfdsfsdfds

3) Next, I got into Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
and deleted the empty "Groups" field in Frontend::Module###AgentCustomerSearch
4) It works.
