Which Western Internet acquiring is better to choose?

Good day to all,
We created a service and the question arose which acquiring to connect to withdraw customer funds,
there are those who praise Paypal, but there are restrictions that there is no way to send funds to company accounts +% relatively high.
At Stripe, we fall under "Prohibited Businesses" and are more likely to be denied service.
Perhaps someone knows what other services are there for withdrawing funds to Visa/MasterCard/American Express cards?
