Why does the notification appear as a note on the client in OTRS?
Good day.
In general, I set up a notification on applications to send a notification about a new application to a specific mail (not to any specific agent or user). In the "note is visible to the client" item, the checkbox is removed. When this notification is shown in the information about the client's application,
the Ticket::Frontend::TicketArticleFilter status is Enabled, anyway, the agent and the client receive a notification about a new application
OTRS 6 version.
PS I'm new to OTRS, so please explain in more detail what and where to do it.
