OTRS 6, what's wrong with it, from where to download with the wget command?

People, tell me, please, I myself do not understand what's the matter. All OTRS download links, even on their website, are broken. I'm trying to install OTRS 6 revision 19 on Linux. Found manuals, prepared a server. I wanted to download with wget, but there is no working address. Help me please.

Do you know how to do docker?
Because for docker there are a bunch of OTRS containers that you can run ..

for Centos, downloaded the day before yesterday needed for a test machine, otherwise it’s not good for combat testing :-)
