The changed field in the OTRS database is not visible in the OTRS web interface. Why?

When updating the a_body (MEDIUMTEXT) field in the article table, the new value is not displayed in the OTRS web interface. At the same time, the old text is still displayed ... At the same time, if you do a SELECT in the database itself, it already produces a new text. What is the problem?
