How to teach OTRS 5 to make a new request in case of updating the old one?

In OTRS 5 I use a filter - if a new message arrives in the request in the "Old" queue, then the request is moved to the "Incoming" queue. Is it possible to make a condition that if the order is older than n-days, then a new order is created, and the old one is not moved?

a simple hack on the knee:
You create a task once a day to shift old applications into a subqueue. And in the queue settings, specify the creation of new applications instead of opening.
