OTRS Win installer does not install Apache server. How to decide?
OTRS Packages up to otrs-3.2.7-win-installer-2.4.7.exe install Apache server.
The packages otrs-3.2.8-win-installer-3.0.1.exe and before otrs-3.3.10-win-installer-3.0.6.exe do not install Apache. Tested on winxp, win7, winserver 2003.
Perhaps the installer needs to be run with a key from the command line?
There are no data in the manuals, on the forums they advise to reinstall all the OSes at once =)
Today I sat down to pick OTRS again, I decided to experiment.
Installed "otrs-3.3.10-win-installer-3.0.6.exe" on win7: Apache was installed, everything was buggy... I thought everything was cool...
Rolled out 2008R2. I looked in "Roles" IIS is not installed, installed perl, .net, went to the OTRS installation, installed ... "error 500" and the window is strange...
Useful in the "role" - IIS is installed 8 / ... I thought I messed up something, repeated the installation of OTRS for the sake of interest ...
OTRSka independently connects the IIS equipment.
Sadly ...

Falls out with an error? Maybe something is interfering, look at the logs.
Well or deliver the Apache manually. There is nothing cosmic in the settings
It doesn't crash with an error. The insulator simply does not install Apache. Perhaps it mistakenly detects that IIS is installed.
To be honest, I never installed Apache. I'll try of course.
But the very fact that the installer declared by the developers works incorrectly upsets me.
