Why doesn't Adobe XD save files?

Why does Adobe XD on win10 save files in XD format?
You can't import files either. The only option is to export to PNG.
Because of what it can be?
-Adobe XD curve, in beta.
-No paid subscription in adobe system.

Win 10, paid subscription. Import, save.

I have the same problem. When saved, a file of 0 bytes is created. The subscription is paid, all other applications work as they should.

The fact is that the username has "complex characters". It is not clear what exactly the username is, windows or adobe.
