How to download AdobeXD with outdated windows 10(no)?

The problem is that windows 10 won't update. More precisely, it is updated, and then rolls back the system. Nothing helps, neither a flash drive nor anything.
I used to be able to download AdobeXD and did it, but I had to reinstall it, after that it says something like: "Need windows 10 kakoy-to update".
