Why does Windows not see the assembled raid during installation?

Good afternoon!
There is a SuperMicro super server 6028R-TRT/TR server with a super sas852tq raid controller, I collect Raid5, but when installing Windows server 2016 it does not see it, I tried firewood from the site, Windows does not see them, tell me what else to think of?

try to install 2012r2 with the same dravs. and then just roll over 2016.
