Which internal DAS with RAID1 for two 2.5" SSDs should I take to use it as an ESXi 6.5 host + datastore?

On one of the forums, I met a recommendation to use Raidon SR2760-2S-S2 + , but ESXi 6.5 categorically refuses to install on it.

Is there anything tested that will work for this purpose?
I did not find anything similar in HCL.

For esxi, you need either an iron controller that is in HCL or just disks connected to the motherboard, but there will be no raid there. Esxi itself can generally be put on a USB flash drive.
