Replacing hard drives in RAID5

There is a server with 4 disks 500GB, united in RAID 5.
Today 2 hard drives have taken off, the server continues to work.
Is it possible to replace all hards one by one with new ones of 3TB each?
If yes, how to monitor the readiness for the replacement of the next drive?

If two hard drives crashed, and the server continues to work, then you do not have RAID5, but RAID10 (well, either 1 + 0 or 0 + 1). Yes, and the "departure" was very successful (in the truest sense of the word) for you.
And if in a good way, then the server in this situation should be urgently stopped, backed up, and dealt with the array.
