Why does Windows 10 Enterprise (LTSC) Evaluation randomly auto-quit in a VirtualBox VM?

Why does Windows 10 Enterprise (LTSC) Evaluation randomly auto-quit in a VirtualBox VM??
works for several minutes (from 10 to 30), until it was possible to notice exactly, and the system shutdown begins ???

PS: VirtualBox 6.1.2 @ Linux Mint 18.3 XFCE (on a laptop)
allocated 1 core and 1.5GB of memory for the virtual machine.
recently downloaded the 10ki image from the MS website - 17763.107.101029-1455.rs5_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_LTSC_EVAL_x64FRE_en-gb.iso
Windows is clean ! Turned off any shutdowns in the power settings.

Reason Code: 0x80000000
Shut -down Type: shutdown
Comment: The license period for this installation of Windows has expired. The operating system is shutting down.

hmm... and it's 90 days Evaluation??? strange, the day has not yet passed as he put it.
either in VirtualBox does not want to give these 90 days evaluation??
