What rules need to be added to the windows firewall to give access to the Internet connection?

In virtualbox Debian 7.7.0, host Windows 8.1. The VM is connected through a virtual host adapter, in the Internet connection properties, shared this virtual adapter.
So here's the problem: with the firewall turned off, the network works, with the firewall turned on, even the host does not respond. What rules to add to make it work?

It is necessary to look at the rules for outgoing, probably by default it is only for private networks, and the host-adapter network does not match the local network.
A simple solution - to put on the VM NAT or Bridge is not suitable?
