Running 64-bit OSes in a virtual machine without hardware virtualization support in Win10?
I need to set up VirtualBox+ Vagrant for Yii2, but my Pentium Dual Core T4500 doesn't support vt-x. Is it possible to use some emulator or paravirtualization software like Xen in this case? Or something else?

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to run a 64-bit virtual machine on a processor without VT-x support. You can try to run a 32-bit virtual machine, but whether it works or not depends on the version of the hypervisor. 10 years ago I did this in VMware Workstation.
