How to install OS X on VB?

I want to put OS X on Virtual Box. Tell me which version of OS X is better to choose for this and where is it better to take it? About OS X I have no idea what they are. Never used any apple device. Now I have downloaded a seemingly ready-made virtual machine (Yosemite) from a torrent, but it does not start. Just on a black screen, the cursor hangs _ and that's it. There, as I understand it, there is Yosemite, there is also some kind of El Capitan ... They say the second one is even faster. The main thing for me is that XCode starts up and it is possible to program under iOS.

Necessary requirements:
1) Intel processor with virtualization support.
2) 64-bit system on the host (so that VB can run 64-bit OSX)
3) El Capitan image (this is the latest current version)
4) Instructions for installing the system in VB - on the Internet for "OSX VirtualBox" are on the first page issuance, it is important not so much to install the system (there is nothing complicated), but to configure VB.

the latest version is not necessary to install, install
the one that supports the desired version of xcode

1) Be sure to check if virtualization is enabled. It's in the bios. Find out what exactly this virtualization is called by you - there are different terms used on different boards.
2) I personally started Snow Leopard a couple of years ago on top of the host seven through VB - for some reason it didn’t install the first time, I had to perform the same sequence of actions three times - but then it started. Magic. at the same time, it won’t be easier to drag a ready-made and configured image from the rutracker, right? they are really almost all there under vmware - so what ...
optional 3) in every possible way welcoming your determination, nevertheless I note that it would be nice to read about what you install. about systems, their versions, software, so that without "sort of like" it was))
