Installing Gentoo on VirtualBox

Good afternoon!
There is Win7.
I'm trying to install Gentoo guest on Virtual Box. Downloaded the latest Live CD - http://mirror.yandex.ru/gentoo-distfiles/releases/x86/current-iso/install-x86-minimal-20131029.iso.
When loading, it gives an error "rcu_sched detected stalls on cpus/tasks"
I also try to boot from the bearded Live CD install-x86-minimal-20120306.iso - it loaded normally and is ready for configuration.
With what can be connected?

Downloaded right today - VirtualBox 4.3.2 for Windows hosts
I won't say anything about virtualization - probably not, tomorrow I'll take a look and unsubscribe. Thanks for the tip.
