Sound cards

Why does window refuse to recognize its native sound card?

I wish you good health,
Perhaps a useful background for solving the problem:
I bought a laptop through a reseller directly from the USA, it is not sold here, so it is unrealistic to find Russian-language support, there is English, but it is of no use. Win10 was preinstalled on the laptop, over time I switched to Linux, now I need Windows again and I installed Linux and Windows in parallel and then the problems started.
The essence of the problem:
The sound from the speakers does not work on the laptop, the realtek drivers do not get up in any way, there are no mentions of realtek in the task manager.
The sound works through airpods pro (I suspect no drivers are needed for this anyway), while on Linux everything works properly and without problems, there is sound from the speakers. At hand, I have the same 1in1 laptop with pre-installed Windows, on it aida detects the realter sound card and the appropriate drivers are there (also pre-installed at the factory), but my Linux detects the sound card as Nvidia.
Tried to install the drivers and universal, and through the DriverPack Solution, and by hand - no result.
What to do in such a situation? I don’t want to roll back to the factory ones, because Linux will be demolished, but I really need it + the default factory Windows is English and with a bunch of pre-installed software, it’s difficult to put a human language there, the software is demolished only by special software, in short, a lot of problems.
Looking ahead: physical problems with the card are completely excluded.

@Jigit1

The topic can be closed. Problem solved. I don’t know what exactly helped me, but I reinstalled the drivers for the 2070RTX, reflashed the BIOS, turned the 3D sound function on and off in it or something like that, now I launched the laptop on Windows and the sound appeared. Who will have such a problem: dig the BIOS and video card drivers, some of this helps.
