Crackling in headphones solution?

I recently moved my PC to a new apartment. Collected, checked everything works fine, even played 10 hours. Then we had the Internet and a crack appeared in the headphones with almost any action (Opening the application on behalf of the administrator, music, video, conversations in the discord, etc.), but in games there is practically no such crack. I immediately tried to remove the Internet cable, the crack is still present, reinstalled the drivers (on the video card, on the sound), reinstalled Windows, updated the BIOS, still nothing helps. If you connect the headphones to the phone, they work fine, i.e. Wi-Fi signal doesn't bother them. Sometimes, if you turn off the power of the PC and turn it on again after a while, the crack may disappear, it happens that the crack disappears just after a reboot, but one fig after a while it returns. I have not found a definite pattern. Headphones are connected through the monitor, other connectors do not help either. I tried everything, but nothing helps. I'm desperate.
