How to make an automated media center in the workplace?

I want to install and configure a device that, by default, plays sound / songs from a folder or service, or playlist.
But when the device is connected via bluetooth, then the source from the bluetooth comes into priority, when the bluetooth
turns off, the playlist, files, service, etc. starts again. And all this is automatic.
