Recording sound on a computer?
Hello, I would like to make a video tutorial. And I downloaded Camtasia Studio, I use a regular earphone with a microphone and I have a stationary computer. The problem is that you can hear a buzzing sound, and you will also have to apply some kind of audio effects to make it audible, without this I can barely hear. Please tell me what you need to buy to get the sound quality?

Working with sound requires, first of all, a quiet room. An ordinary computer, air-cooled, is very noisy, you could get used to it, but a soulless machine will hear all these sounds and record them anyway.
I remember there were examples when people wrote down their speeches, sitting in a closet, literally. And so, if you need it so, either soundproof the room yourself or rent a ready-made one, since your own will cost a good penny.
Second - normal equipment, a good microphone, shielded wires (or generally wireless, but not bluetooth, if you need sound quality) and again, you can rent a recording room.
If you need here and now and on a budget, buy a long hdmi wire, a radio keyboard with a mouse, take a smartphone with a voice recorder application, and take it all with a monitor to the next room (at least to the toilet, I'm not kidding), close the doors, hang on the walls carpets, rags, etc. (they dampen the echo). A smartphone is generally an excellent device for recording speech, it does not add noise (passive cooling), although the standard microphone is usually weak, but no one bothers to buy a headset (take care of adapters, since most headsets want 2 3.5 minijacks instead of one like in a smartphone, if you have one generally there is, but if not, then pinocchio themselves).
Various solutions are possible.
For example, you can buy a digital voice recorder and record sound anywhere (in the pantry, in the closet, etc.). Take a tablet with video and calmly say the text into the recorder. Then you dump everything in the computer and collect it in a heap.
If you have more money, google audio blogging kits. Usually there may be a condenser microphone with a windscreen. But such a microphone, in addition to better sound, also has greater sensitivity, so you will need to take care of a room with sound insulation. Also, with this approach, you may need an external sound card.
Of course, if you want to record high-quality sound, you need to do it in a soundproof room. There are people who write a voice for the radio simply by closing in a quiet place and even covering themselves with a blanket :) .You will also have to master simple voice processing. Noise reduction, compressor, equalizer, cutting out extraneous sounds, "smacking", etc.
To reduce the level of external noise, you can write at night. But this is if the neighbors are tolerant :)
