Why does the scanner not give a scanned image?

Worked with the Kyocera Ecosys M2135dn MFP scanner, Windows 7. In the Foxit Reader program, I scanned documents with custom scanning, after a couple of scanned documents the computer stopped receiving an image from the scanner (the scan slider walks endlessly, even when the scanner has completed the operation), while the scanner is working and copies the document . Scanned in the TWAIN driver window, full color scanning, text + photo, 600x600.
