Why does the monitor not receive a signal from the video card during a cold start?

Good afternoon, I encountered such a problem, when the computer is cold started, the monitor does not show an image, it is connected via the hdmi port on the motherboard, the graphics built into the processor (i7 4771).
Monitor - LG M2352D
If you click on reboot, the image will appear. Also, if you turn on the vga cable and switch the operating mode on the monitor, the image will appear (i.e. the computer turns on successfully), and press restart and return to the hdmi output, the image will reappear.
In the BIOS, the built-in video card has priority (in fact, there is no other one).
UPD In my case, updating the BIOS helped.

There are quite a lot of such problems with solutions described on the Internet. To summarize, the tips are as follows:
1. Update all drivers and BIOS firmware. Reset all settings. I think this should be checked first.
2. The problem is in the computer's power supply (when power is supplied to the video card at the first start). I do not think that you have this case, since the card is integrated.
3. The problem is in the power supply of the monitor. In my opinion, the most likely option.
