Is the brightness of 300 or 350 really low for a monitor?

I look at monitors:

Dell U2520D
Dell P2421DC

Especially Dell P2421DC as the second for MacBook. Brightness setting 300 is it normal? The macbook is almost 2 times higher in performance.

for a home monitor, this, by my standards, is quite enough.
it is better to think about the fact that the R-series is the entry level, and whether it will cover your Wishlist / expectations.
