Will the MacBook 13 2016 handle 2 4k monitors?

There is a 2016 MacBook 13 with Intel graphics 550 and 16GB of RAM. I want to connect 2 monitors 4k. 1 monitor will pull exactly, but will it pull 2. According to the characteristics, you can connect it, but won’t everything start to slow down wildly for me?
Usage scenarios: development of web and mobile applications.

I have a macbook 15' 2015 (with Radeon M370X) running 2 [email protected] monitors + 1 [email protected] + native 2880*1800 screen. The RAM of the video card is sometimes back to back, 2GB is not enough for such a setup :)
and so, it works, puffs to the fullest, but it works :)
