Why does the language bar have an additional layout via RDP?

Hey! Quite often (almost always) on RDP, the Russian language has an additional layout (keyboard near RU)
. just Ctrl + shft changes the language, but under this "keyboard" it is still possible to change "Russian" and "US". US default.
I checked the settings - nothing wrong. Locally works as usual, without additional. layouts. Only through RDP.
Write how to win? Thank you!

Apply on the "server" side:
Ignore Remote Keyboard Layout.reg
