Why does the HDD not work instead of the DVD drive?

Hey! I bought a Kingston UV300 240GB SSD and decided to put it in place of the main drive in a Lenovo Z50-75 laptop (AMD FX-7500, AMD Radeon R7 + Radeon M260DX, 6GB RAM), I put the old Seagate 500Gb + 8Gb drive in place of the DVD drive with tray.
The essence of the problem is this: both disks are displayed in the BIOS, the system boots normally from the SSD, but the hard disk is not displayed anywhere in the system, though in the device manager it hangs as "Other devices" with a question mark, but the correct model name. If you boot the system through the choice of what to boot from, then the hard is also visible and working there, in another laptop with the same tray, the hard is visible and working. What could be the problem?

In general, if anyone is interested, the problem turned out to be very stupid. In the device manager, despite the fact that immediately after installing Windows I installed the latest drivers for the chipset from the AMD website, the standard AHCI driver from Microsoft remained there, after I removed it and clicked update automatically, the one that was needed was installed from AMD, the disks themselves were correctly identified right away and now the SSD-disk has no friezes and the SATA-slot of the DVD-drive determines everything correctly :|

In the device manager, right-click on the problematic disk (not on the disk partition, but on the device "Disk0": "Initialize device".
If it has ntfs, of course. If the fs is different, there may be problems. If the disk is bootable, convert to MBR.

in another laptop with the same tray, the hard drive is visible and works.

Is the other laptop Intel or AMD?
At some point, I got sick of overheating, failures, glitches and dancing with a tambourine around AMD, and I stopped buying them.
