Why does the computer go from the maximum mode in power consumption?

Hello, I need the PC to be always in the maximum power consumption mode and to be able to control the speed of the turntables on the PC.
If I set the maximum mode (or economical, and then the maximum - it won’t work here) without Game boost (setting in MSI), then I can switch the speed of the turntables and then the next time I restart the PC, it switches to economical mode, but if you turn on game boost and turn on the maximum mode in power consumption, then I will not be able to adjust the speed of the turntables in the dragon center, but the power consumption mode is set to the maximum as it is.
Tell me how to do it?

Processor: Ryzen 7 2700
Motherboard: MSI b450 gaming pro max wifi
