Why does NPM package installation stop after [email protected]?

Good afternoon!
Unable to install React.js (and some other packages like gulp) via npm.
After I write the command npx create-react-app my-app, the installation begins and then the inscription appears

> [email protected] install /Users/macbook/Documents/FrontEnd/react-lessons/01/my-app/node_modules/fork-ts-checker-webpack-plugin/node_modules/fsevents
> node install

After that everything stops and that's it.
How can I fix this? There was nothing like this on Win10.

When I try to install [email protected] globally, this inscription appears additionally
