How to fix errors when installing Gulp 4 in a project on Mac?

Hello.
Errors appearing when deploying in a Gulp 4 version project. If I understand correctly, then at first it is not possible to download the required file, then it complains about the lack of utilities from Xcode, and then again about errors in the module.
I tried to google all this, but it really didn’t work out, the solutions I came across didn’t help me. So please help me to figure this out.
How critical are these errors? Do I need to install Xcode? And how do you overcome all this?
On version 3.9 everything works fine for me. CLI version 2.0.1
