Can I write modern Swift code with macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6?
The problem is that the 10.13.6 version does not install xcode, which requires a new version of macOS.
Device parameters: MacBook PRO (13-inch, Late 2011). If you install xcode from a pirate, then, as I understand it, not all functions will be available on it on an old poppy, like mine. And the second question - does it make sense to take a poppy if you can install a virtual machine on Windows or is there a huge difference between these two options? Thanks in advance for detailed answers.
